Stormdry XR Mortar Express Repair Mortar is a pre-mixed mastic gun applied mortar for the purpose of patch repairs to brick, stone, concrete and masonry wall defects. It is ideal for making repairs to cracks in building materials or fixing small areas of degraded pointing. The mortar’s excellent adhesion and fast four-hour curing time makes it ideal for making quick fixes to defects before the application of Stormdry Masonry Protection Cream.

Easy Ready-to-Use Application

Stormdry XR Mortar Express Repair Mortar comes pre-packaged in a 310 ml mastic cartridge. It is ready to use straight away and can be applied directly to cracks and defects using a standard mastic gun and the supplied nozzle. Once the mortar has been injected into the crack or defect, it just needs to be smoothed off and blended with a pointing trowel and then left to cure. It couldn’t be more simple or easy. No need to mix or gauge separate materials.

Fast Curing for Same-Day Stormdry Cream Application

Stormdry XR Mortar Express Repair Mortar is fully compatible for use with Stormdry Masonry Protection Cream. The fast four hour curing time of Stormdry XR Mortar also means that both patch repairs and an application of Stormdry Masonry Protection Cream can be carried out on the same day, saving the time and cost of having to complete the job over a couple of different days.

Flexible and Water-Resistant

Once fully cured, the silicone based Stormdry XR Mortar Express Repair Mortar is water-resistant and flexible. The cured area also retains the looks of a standard sand and cement mortar, making for a long-lasting and discreet repair. The mortar can be applied to cracks and holes ranging from as little as 1 mm to as wide as 15 mm. This means it is ideal for filling anything from small jointing cracks up to drill holes from DPC injection.
