To track your order, you need the order number provided in your confirmation email and the email address used during the purchase. Enter these details above to track your order. If you don’t have these you can use the tracking number provided in the email.

Awaiting Payment: Your order has been logged but we have not yet received the payment. Your order processing will commence once the payment is confirmed.

Processing: Payment for your order has been received successfully. We are now processing your order for shipment.

On Hold: Your order is temporarily on hold either because we’re waiting for a response from you, or the product you ordered is currently on backorder.

Completed: Your order has been dispatched successfully and is en route for delivery.
Partially Shipped: Majority of your order has been dispatched. The remaining items will be shipped out shortly.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. You will receive an email shortly explaining the reason for cancellation.

Refunded: Your order has been refunded in full.
Failed: Your order was unsuccessful and will need to be placed again.
