Track Your Order
Awaiting Payment: Your order has been logged but we have not yet received the payment. Your order processing will commence once the payment is confirmed.
Processing: Payment for your order has been received successfully. We are now processing your order for shipment.
On Hold: Your order is temporarily on hold either because we’re waiting for a response from you, or the product you ordered is currently on backorder.
Completed: Your order has been dispatched successfully and is en route for delivery.
Partially Shipped: Majority of your order has been dispatched. The remaining items will be shipped out shortly.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. You will receive an email shortly explaining the reason for cancellation.
Refunded: Your order has been refunded in full.
Failed: Your order was unsuccessful and will need to be placed again.
Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped, which is typically within 1-2 business days after placing the order.
If you are experiencing any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team. We are available Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm & Fridays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to change the shipping address. We can update the address as long as the order has not been shipped.
If a product is out of stock, you can opt to receive notifications when the product becomes available again. Simply click on the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page and enter your email address.
Yes, we have a return and exchange policy in place. If the product is unopened and in its original condition, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. For more details, please check our ‘Returns and Exchanges’ policy on the website.

If you’re not available when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a card with information on how you can pick up your parcel or rearrange delivery. It’s best to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package.
We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
