How do I use the Wishlist?

Browse our range of damp proofing, waterproofing, timber preservation, masonry repair, surveying, and pest control products. If you found something you like or need, click the heart icon or “Add to wishlist” button. As long as you are signed into your account, your Wishlist will remain on this page. If you are logged out, your Wishlist will save for 24 hours.

How many items can I add to my Wishlist?

You can add an unlimited amount of products to your Wishlist. You can then access your Wishlist as many times as you need or even add more items in the future.

Can I share my Wishlist with others?

Yes, you can share your Wishlist with your contractor, architect, client, or family.

Can I set up notifications for items in my Wishlist?

Yes, as long as you are subscribed to our marketing emails, you will receive notifications about price changes, back in stock, out of stock, and sale items. If you wish to receive back in-stock notifications for a particular product, please visit the product listing page and select the “Get notified!” button, type your email address, and click the “Join waiting list!” button.

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, it will remain in your Wishlist, and you can still continue to add it to your Wishlist; however, the product will be marked as “Out of stock” or “Available on back-order”. You can leave the product in your Wishlist until it becomes available.

Can I find out more information on a product?

Yes, all products have links embedded into them on your Wishlist page. If you click the title of the product, this will bring you directly to the product listing page.
