CEM 805 Active Swellable Mastic is a one-component, polyurethane-based, solvent-free hydroswelling sealing agent. This product is designed to provide superior sealing for construction joints and pipe penetration, and it cures and swells upon exposure to moisture.

Within 24 to 36 hours, CEM 805 Active Swellable Mastic typically solidifies. Please note that curing time is influenced by temperature and humidity conditions. For instance, higher relative humidity and temperature will reduce the curing time.
