How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number or Order Number
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. This number is key to tracking your order.
Step 2: Enter Your Tracking Number Above
Simply enter your tracking number in the field above and click ‘Track’ or enter your email address and order number in the field above and click ‘Track’
Step 3: View the Status of Your Order
The tracking system will display the current location of your order and the estimated delivery date. You can check back anytime for real-time updates.

What if I didn’t receive a tracking number?
If you haven’t received a tracking number, please contact our customer service team for assistance, this could also mean that it is a bulky delivery and send via a pallet.
Can I track the order without a tracking number?
To ensure the security and privacy of your order details, a tracking number is necessary to access the tracking system. If you have the order number and email address used to purchase you can also track your order this way.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived on the expected date?
While most orders arrive on time, there can be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that if you ordered a product that is on backorder these orders will be placed on hold until they become available. Please contact us if your order has not arrived on the expected date, and we will investigate and raise a claim with the courier.
Is there a mobile app available for order tracking?
Yes, we have a mobile app that allows you order on the go. However we do not yet have the function to track your order. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
How often is the tracking information updated?
Our tracking information is updated in real-time as your order moves through each stage of the delivery process. When you track your order you can see updates immediately as they happen.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may be able to change the delivery address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request any changes. If the order has already been dispatched unfortunately we would not be able to update it. When using couriers like DPD they may allow you to update the delivery address.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
In the rare event that an order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will conduct an investigation with the courier and, if necessary, send a replacement or offer a full refund.
Are there any items that cannot be tracked?
All items shipped by our service are eligible for tracking. If there are any exceptions due to the nature of the product or the shipping method, this will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. If you order bulky items or large quantities we might not be able to provide a tracking number.
