How To Track Your Order

Step 1: Locate your order number and email address or locate your delivery tracking number found in the dispatch email confirmation.

Step 2: Enter your order number and email address or your delivery tracking number then click the “Track” button.

Step 3: Once you have clicked the “Track” button, there are 5 different icons. Cart icon means your order has been placed, Box icon means your order is ready for pick-up by the courier, the delivery van means that the courier has your parcel and it is traveling through their network, the location pin means your parcel will be delivered today if someone is available and lastly the check (tick) means that your order has been successfully delivered.

I haven’t received a tracking number, what should I do?

If a tracking number has not been attached to your order complete email this means that your order is a bulky delivery and is being sent via a pallet distribution company. If you require more information on the progress of your order, please contact our customer service team.

Yes, you can use your order number and email address to track the progress of your order. We highly recommend you use the tracking number provided as a request is sent directly to the courier’s website for an immediate update.

From January 2024 – December 2024, 99.3% of orders arrive on-time or before. We understand that sometimes parcels can be lost or damaged during transit. Please allow 24-48 hours after the specified date to ensure the courier company is running slightly behind on distribution. Products on back-order will not be shipped until we receive the product into our warehouse. Please note the time frame selected on checkout does not apply to bulky orders as pallet distribution takes longer.
